Add on Mentorship Session

These reduced-price mentorship sessions are for my past/present/future EBB childbirth ed students who would like one-to-one support. Think of it as a virtual doula session to discuss individualized concerns and plan for better outcomes that may pertain to you. The sky is the limit with what we can cover in this private space but here are some ideas: we can review or co-create perfect birth and postpartum plans for you and your family, review common symptoms of pregnancy and find some ways to alleviate them, do visualization/guided meditation if you are feeling overly anxious about your upcoming birth... I have found that these virtual one-to-ones can be particularly beneficial in the first few weeks postpartum when everything is feeling extremely overwhelming and we don’t have the support in-home that we used to due to exposure risk during the pandemic (and modern-day obstetrics thinks that the 6-week postpartum visit is all you need to get you through this major life transition… grr, don’t get me started).
